Having moved many times over the years and to Delaware in 2003, I have become a real expert in knowing the area for myself and now I can use that to help my clients. I am a former paralegal so obviously I am very in tune to the legal aspect of contracts, documents, etc and regarding real estate, I truly love working with people and when they walk away with the keys to their new home, makes all my work worthwhile.
