Dave Nehring

Originally from Wisconsin, Dave Nehring moved to the Tifton, Georgia area more than forty years ago. Since then, he has proven himself to be a devoted family man, successful business owner, and active member of the community. He has proudly served on several local boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Tift County Foundation for Excellence in Education, and Partners in Education. He has also supported numerous youth sports teams throughout his many years in the restaurant business.

Dave is an active member and past president of the local Kiwanis Club. He also serves as a board member and regularly volunteers delivering meals through the Meals on Wheels program. In addition, Dave serves on the Tiftarea Board of REALTORS® as Treasurer and is a poll manager for Georgia elections.

Dave developed a strong interest in real estate through the development of new restaurant properties and officially began his real estate career in 2015. He previously owned and operated Dave’s Bread & Coffee House, which he successfully sold in August 2019.
