I have been a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2016. Being a lifelong resident of Western North Carolina, I have witnessed the growth and changes in the area. I primarily focus on Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania, Polk, Haywood and Rutherford Counties. In my opinion, clients greatly benefit from using me as a local agent, it gives an undeniable advantage in navigating the fluctuating real estate market. However, in the rare event that I am not working, I enjoy time with my family and friends! I am married to Dr. Rick Humiston, a local chiropractor. We have three beautiful daughters how keep us busy with sports. My favorite activities include working out, hiking, gardening and traveling. In the Western NC area you can find a variety of housing, from historic downtown homes to mountain living, new home communities, to farms. All of these have their unique challenges and benefits, and I can help you navigate through them all.
