Hello, My name is Jacob Almeida, and I'm a second-generation real estate agent, investor, and property manager in Massachusetts, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate. I was born and raised in the Southcoast areas of New Bedford and Dartmouth, but I now reside in Westport, MA with my wife, children, and our dog Boomer. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, coaching youth sports, traveling, and playing guitar. I'm a graduate of Dartmouth High School and studied Business Management, and Computer Science at Bristol Community College, and Newbury College. With over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have established strong professional relationships with various lending institutions, banks, contractors, and fellow landlords. As an active member of the Greater New Bedford Landlord Association, I remain committed to staying informed and up-to-date with the latest industry developments and market trends.
