Janet Childs, Realtor extraordinaire, joined the real estate industry after having successfully pursued careers in both marketing and hospitality which included her own start up special events business. Looking for a change, Janet decided to leverage both her entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills and went full steam ahead into real estate. Since then, Janet has obtained licenses in both MA and RI, and has also added several professional designations to her name, including the Certified Buyer Representative designation along with two specialties in new construction, Residential Construction Certification and Certified New Home Specialist.
