
Jesse Marquez
My name is Jess Marquez, and I am new to the Realtor world. I come from a design background with 36
years of experience in Architectural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Security and Retail design. I also owned my
own design business for 10 years working on Security and Retail projects. From all this experience, I have
gained familiarity with various types of floor plans, developed customer service and communication skills,
as well as relationship building that will be part of what my clients will receive from me as their agent in
their housing journey.
Born in San Jose, I grew up playing all sports, focusing on my two loves, Baseball and Football in high
school. I got my work ethic and no-quit mindset from my father and some great coaches, and I passed
those same values on to my two kids as a coach in their owns sports.
I’ve been married to my beautiful wife for almost 34 years. We have a 38-year-old daughter and 32-year-old
son and two granddaughters. I enjoy spending time hiking, walking, going to the gym and golfing. I’m a
Yankees and Raiders fan. I also love to cook all kinds of food and grilling for my family and friends.
With the skills that I gained from my design career, as well as the experiences from selling and buying my
own homes, I am confident that together with my clients, we will get through the real estate transaction
successfully.
