I first became licensed as a Realtor in Maryland's Annapolis-Severna Park corridor in 2014. Today I proudly hang my Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia licenses with Century 21 New Millenium and also operate my own boutique brokerage in Winchester, Virginia.
With more than 20 years in marketing, publishing, and communications, a B.A. in English Literature and coursework toward my MBA, my background is the perfect pairing to help me competitively price properties and effectively negotiate deals, write contracts, and craft sharp, effective language and marketing materials. For more than nine years now, I have built my business brick by brick, learning from the best as a listing and buyer’s agent, working with and training under Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Weichert Realty, and Champion Realty (a division of Berkshire Hathaway) in the suburban Washington, Annapolis-Severna Park-Baltimore, MD, and MD-PA-WV-VA Eastern Panhandle markets. And my roots speak to my authenticity as a Realtor: I am not just in the profession for the money. Before making the leap to agent, I translated my passion for real estate into action as Editor-in-Chief of Commercial Builder magazine and Building Women magazine for the National Association of Home Builders, and as a Board Member with the Washington, DC Chapter of Christmas In April, helping DC-area residents in need repair their homes.
