Ling has lived in Columbia Missouri since 2002. She grew up in China. She is able to read, write and speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. Her first house was a new construction and was a new and fun experience. Ling has since used that experience to help her buyers build their new home.
Ling loves working with first time home buyers as the process can be daunting, and Ling is glad to be helpful. Ling has a business degree and also enjoys math and numbers. Ling likes helping people with not just home buying, but with budgeting and personal finance questions. Ling loves people and networking. Since becoming a realtor in 2006, Ling learned that the realtors are all members of a big family. Ling has learned so much from getting to know many realtors. Since getting license in 2006, most of Ling's experience is helping first time home buyers.
After 5 years and 12 intensive classes, Ling has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She and her husband Paul also have owned rental properties since 2004. That experience has helped them be more confident in helping others find their investment properties.
