Mr. Huzaibi grew up working in his family business in Bakersfield Ca. He has been working in customer service since he was 12 years old. He grew up enjoying working with people . For this reason, he chose Real Estate as a career. Mr. Huzaibi began his Real Estate Career in late 2001 as part time agent while working full time as a correctional officer . In 2013 he was medically retired from corrections and started working full time as a Real Estate Agent.in 2017, he obtained his broker license . The foundation of Mr. Huzaibi culture is guided by a set of core values which includes: honesty, loyalty, professionalism and knowledge of the current market conditions. These core values define his character and how he conducts his business on a daily basis. Mr. huzaibi has worked with a variety of clientele giving his experience in single family residential transactions, business opportunities investment properties, flip properties, land, and commercial. Mr. Huzaibi is committed to helping his Buyers find that perfect property at a great price and help Seller’s obtain the best value for their property.
