I was born and raised in Maine where I spent 52 years building a wonderful family and multi-location retail jewelry business. After decades of shoveling snow, snow blowing and very cold winters, my wife and I had lost our love of winter. Both of our daughters had left the nest so 8 years ago we found Citrus County, essentially Maine without the Cold and Snow and moved to Pine Ridge Estates in Beverly Hills. After running the retail chain from long distance with many airline miles to Maine, I ultimately decided it was time to change careers. With a BS in Accounting and Finance and an extensive background in Sales, marketing, sales training and management it was obvious that Real estate was a perfect fit. Having a love of people and knowing the value of always putting the client first I decided that J.W. Morton Real Estate, Inc was the right firm to work with.
