Susan is the responsible Broker and office manager for Century 21 Valley Realty. Susan was born in Kimball, NE, and moved to Torrington with her family when she was only 2 years old. She was raised and has resided in Torrington since that time. She received her real estate license in 1984, her Associate Brokers license in 2004 and took over the office as Broker in 2020.
She is married to Buck Klemola, the Resident Engineer for the State of WY Department of Transportation, and they have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. She is a member of the United Methodist Church, member and past president of the Torrington Rotary Club, member and past president of The North Platte Valley Board of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors and is currently on the board of directors and serves as Treasurer for Gracie's Promise a non-profit charity.
Susan enjoys working with people in the real estate market and particularly derives pleasure from helping make buyer's and seller's dreams a reality.
