I am a native Houstonian and have lived throughout the west and northwest quadrants of the city and its many suburban areas. I have extensive knowledge of various neighborhoods surrounding Houston including Cypress, Tomball, Katy, Memorial, the Energy Corridor area, The Woodlands, Spring and Klein. I worked for twenty-two years as a C.P.A. in industries that involved commercial and mortgage loans along with leases and property management. From those life experiences, it was a natural transition for me to pursue a career in residential real estate. I’ve worked diligently for over a decade to enhance my skills and knowledge in both home buying and selling. I believe you can sum up the relationship between an Agent and their Client in one basic word... TRUST. If you trust who you are working with and they have the KNOWLEDGE to assist you in buying or selling a home, then you have a relationship that will be mutually beneficial. COMMUNICATION would be my second key word. Buying or selling a home is a busy, complicated and emotional process. My clients deserve an Agent that communicates quickly and effectively. My greatest strength is finding the perfect home for every Client based on their individual family needs such as price, schools, and commute time. Client service is my focus and I enjoy establishing relationships with people that will not only be lifelong clients, but also lifelong friends.
