Terra Shelton

Born and raised in Temecula, California, Terra has always called the Inland Empire home -- and it shows in the way she works. Since launching her real estate career in 2016, she has sold over$500 million dollars worth of real estate, building her business on the same discipline that once made her a Division I athlete.

That discipline started early. Captain of her high school swim team, Terra was so talented at water polo that it carried her all the way to Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, on a combined academic and athletic scholarship -- graduating in 2013 with a degree in Mass Communications, Dean's List honors every year, and a trip to the 2011 NCAA Tournament with her team. It's the kind of track record that doesn't happen by accident, and it's the same drive she brings to every listing today.

Terra spent her early career in new home sales with Lennar Homes and Richmond American Homes, where she built genuine relationships with buyers even inside a fast-paced, high-volume industry -- and she's brought that same connection-first approach into her own business today. In 2023, she launched her real estate business to bring an even more personal, relationship-driven experience to her clients. Real estate runs in her family, and with so many of her closest family and friends still deep in new home construction, Terra brings a rare insider's edge -- she knows how to negotiate with builders, work within their systems, and get her clients the best possible deal, whether they're buying new construction or resale. Driven, grounded, and rooted in faith, Terra believes homeownership is one of the greatest investments -- and achievements -- a person can make, and she's committed to being the kind of agent who earns that trust and never takes it lightly.

Away from the office, Terra is a wife and mother of two, married to her husband since 2020 after eleven years together and raising their kids alongside a full house -- two dogs and three cats. She's happiest in the garden, in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe, or planning the next family trip to the Safari Park. Music has always been part of who she is, too -- she writes her own songs and plays both guitar and piano, a creative outlet that keeps her grounded outside of real estate.
