As a proud native of Asheville, I offer clients an authentic connection to Western North Carolina paired with more than two decades of real estate expertise. Having grown up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, I have witnessed the region’s evolution while remaining deeply rooted in the community that makes Asheville so distinctive. Today, I specialize in luxury condominium sales and urban living, helping clients navigate a sophisticated and competitive market with confidence and clarity.

My real estate career began in 2003 and includes extensive experience in property management, redevelopment, and high-value residential sales. I previously served as Property Manager for a prominent downtown Asheville high-rise, where I managed daily operations and later remained closely involved during its transformation into a modern mixed-use development in partnership with a nationally recognized hotelier. This rare, behind-the-scenes experience provided invaluable insight into construction, redevelopment, and long-term asset value.

Beginning in 2017, I led pre-sales for newly constructed luxury condominiums within the development, guiding buyers from the earliest planning stages through completion. Upon delivery in late 2019 and early 2020, the project closed over $60 million in condominium sales, with only a small number of residences remaining. Working at this level refined my expertise in strategic pricing, marketing, negotiation, and the expectations of luxury buyers and sellers.
