A Floridian by choice, my love of the Gulf beaches began in the late 1980s when my parents spent winters on Sand Key. I always escaped the Chicagoland wind, cold, clouds, and rain, by visiting them, which is when I made up my mind; I would retire permanently to the beach area. I did just that in 2012, first renting on Sand Key before purchasing my townhome at the Cove in Indian Rocks Beach. Discovering a new passion for renting and selling real estate after a long, successful career in education, I earned my real estate license here in Florida. I love this area and know you will, too!
