Kari has a deep love for this area she calls home. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and has a particular affinity for the Olympic Peninsula and all of its diverse activities, mountainous landscapes and stunning beauty. Her love and passion of the outdoors takes her far and wide, over many hills and trails.
With a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Kari finds the importance of building trusting relationships. “Building relationships with all of my clients is vital to me because it’s more than just a business relationship…it becomes a friendship. I treat them like family or a close friend, the same way I would want to be treated during a transaction.”
With her attention to detail, Kari will go above and beyond to help her clients, whether selling or buying. What she enjoys most in real estate is the feeling she gets knowing she has helped her clients achieve their dreams. “One of my favorite things is when I take families into homes and the kids get so excited about picking out their bedrooms \342\200\223 to find that home is a dream for clients, kids included, and I get to be a part of that. I just LOVE that feeling.”
True to the heart of the Olympic Peninsula, Kari spends the majority of her time outdoors, hiking and exploring the many hidden backroads and trails, or river fishing. Her happiest moments are watching her son play sports, discovering the hidden treasures in the Pacific Northwest or taking in breathtaking views from different mountain trails. Some of Kari’s recommended hikes include Lake Angeles, Klahhane Ridge, Hurricane Hill, Sol Duc Falls and the Hoh Rainforest, all of which offer stunning scenery.
Kari spent a decade in Seattle as an office manager before returning home and joining CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center JACE Group more than 8 years ago in office administration then later in sales. She had the distinct pleasure of working directly with Jace Schmitz, namesake to JACE Group where she was given a top notch real estate education for many years. When asked “Why JACE Group?” Kari answers “JACE Group is a local business and I support small local businesses. In addition, we are a family here \342\200\223 everyone gets along, we are all good friends and always willing to help each other out. You simply can’t beat that.”
