I'm a licensed REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Discovery in Orange County, California, and I specialize in helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate. As the mother of three very active children, I've developed a set of skills that serve me well in real estate—listening, communication, teaching, problem-solving, negotiating, time management, and, of course, patience. These qualities help me guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
There are over 180 steps in a typical real estate transaction, and each one requires attention to detail, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking. My role is to walk you through every step of the process, prepare for the unexpected, and help you make confident, informed decisions along the way. I believe strong communication and trust are the foundation of a successful agent-client relationship. That’s why I tailor my approach to your preferred communication style and make it a priority to keep you informed throughout the journey.
I also take time to educate my clients as we go—so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. When it comes time to negotiate, I rely on my people skills and ability to read a room to help you get the best possible outcome.
