I am a full-time agent working with both buyers and sellers in the Lemoore, Hanford, Visalia, Laton, Riverdale, and Stratford areas. I have a tremendous love and respect for the area and community.
My family has been farming near Stratford for three generations and over 100 years. I was raised in Stratford and attended Lemoore High School. After spending much of my life in Kings County, I have firsthand knowledge of the land and neighborhoods.
I spent 20 years living in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, where I obtained my real estate license in 2007, and managed the planning and entitlement phase of a 23 acre, residential urban development project. This included 59 single family homes, 60 apartments, and 60 condominiums. I gained extensive experience working with government agencies and financial institutions to guide projects through the regulatory and litigation process.
Moving back to the area I grew up in, I wanted to continue developing my knowledge of the real estate market and chose to do that by working with individual buyers and sellers. I specialize in residential, multifamily, commercial, agricultural properties & investments. I am a skilled negotiator, and excel in analysis of property values and market trends.
