My commercial underwriting background skills helps me thoroughly analyze every aspect of the properties operations. Throughout the entire process I maintain in constant communication with my clients as well as corresponding brokers, and third party vendors.

I am also a licensed California Real Estate Broker so I can assist clients that are moving in and out of Texas to California. I love assisting California buyers in taking advantage of the Texas real estate market and investing their money here. My motto is...
