The basement level offers a bedroom with full over full bunk beds and a great closet with storage bins. You can find the washer & dryer on the basement level as well with direct access to the garage. All tenants MUST fill out the rental application, and be prepared to pay first, last, & security upon lease execution. Heat & electric are not included in the monthly rent and will be reimbursed to the owner monthly. NO pets allowed outside of service animals.
