Kimberly Albertson

Kimberly Albertson entered the real estate industry in June 2018 as a Licensed Florida Sales Associate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial leasing, including office spaces, salon suites, and warehouse properties. In February 2019, she expanded her sales practice into Georgia, joining Century 21 Novus in Carrollton. Kimberly is known for her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to making every transaction as stress-free as possible. She proudly serves buyers and sellers in both Georgia and Florida, giving 150% effort from first contact through closing. Her background also includes five years in the moving and storage industry, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the relocation process from start to finish.




Outside of real estate, Kimberly is the mother of three and a proud grandmother to one. She has raised German Shepherd dogs for more than 30 years and enjoys the ocean, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Born in LaGrange, Georgia, she graduated from Troup County High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Legal Research. In addition, Kimberly is a licensed Georgia Notary and provides mobile notary services throughout the state of Georgia.
