Leah is a friendly Realtor who is ready and willing to assist each client since 2003. Her personality is one that will make you feel at home, even if you haven’t purchased a home yet. As a Realtor, she is extremely aware of the great responsibility, time management, high requirements and standards that a Realtors duties require. She enjoys previewing homes and enjoys all aspects of negotiating transactions. She enjoys matching buyers to the right home in all areas of Northern California and she is adept at helping sellers prepare and sell their homes while finding buyers to buy their homes. She also helps clients find contractors, mortgage lenders, attorneys, certified public accounts and all types of vendors surrounding homeownership.
She reviews and double-checks the details of each transaction while also communicating honestly with her clients. When necessary, she doesn’t hesitate to reach out to her legal support team to help clarify any issues in defense of her clients. Her knowledge, work experience, work ethics and closing experience make her clients feel comfortable; she’s even quite familiar with all of the logistics and upheaval of moving since in her younger days she was a military brat and then she married a military man. As part of a real estate investor team with her husband, she understands flipping, how to increase values and identify the most logical avenue to take in a real estate transaction.

Leah has been a licensed and active Realtor since 2003. Prior to that, she worked in escrow for ten years. She has partnered with Century 21 Epic and is proud to be a Certified Relocation Team member and a Master Ruby winner for years. She loves her home in Berkeley and enjoys the neighborhoods around her home. She especially enjoys her clients and they often become like family. She holds your hand through the entire process, ensures your paperwork is correct, negotiates strongly and assertively on your behalf and makes sure your transaction closes as smoothly as possible; and after that she is available to you well beyond the sale or purchase of your home and even when you have friends and family in need.
