I feel like I've been a Realtor since a toddler due to my mother, Marilyn Oldham, has been in Real Estate since the middle seventies. I truly love helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals when it comes to real estate. Serving the Metro-Richmond area and over 16 surrounding counties. I am not set on one area, my motto is “I go where the client wants to go”! Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Virginia has given me the experience and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers within the entire Metro-Richmond area. I pride myself on the knowledge of the market values and trends within the community. I am recognized and respected throughout the community for putting marketing, negotiating and people skills to work, while efficiently accomplishing the task at hand. I am compassionate and a dedicated professional, I always put my client’s best interest at heart.
Being a Realtor for over 30+ years has allowed me to run my business approximately 75% by referral.
