The "American Dream" of owning your own "home sweet home" is the reason I am a Realtor. My family and I came to the United States just over 30 years ago, seeking this very dream. Indeed, it takes an enormous amount of discipline, hard work, and patience to buy a home.
I have been a Realtor for over 5 years. Previous to real estate, I worked for 10+ years in lending in a local financial institution. The experience I gained working in lending has helped me guide my clients in the right direction when it comes to their mortgage needs. Working closely together with my clients, getting to know their likes and dislikes, and listening to their wants and needs, is of utmost importance to me. I strive to treat them like family and be their real estate expert and friend. Living in the Kendall area for the past 25+ years, I have developed a keen sense of the market. It is easy for me to identify a particular community and know the ins and outs, and what kind of demand there is in that neighborhood.
I love what I do, and I always strive to be professional, courteous, and perform my job with the utmost integrity. My job also demands that I be available, flexible, and understanding... and I strive to maintain these traits when working with all my clients. Real estate is always changing and as such I embrace these changes, and continue to improve my skills with higher education and professional training.
Fighting for my client's best interest at heart, protecting them, and negotiating the best deal possible is my number one goal. Moreover, it is extremely satisfying to see the happiness reflected on their faces when their dream becomes a reality. There is no better feeling than knowing I was instrumental in helping someone achieve the "American Dream". It is simply AWESOME!
