Nancy LaBare

Nancy brings a dynamic and multifaceted professional background to her real estate career, combining strategic leadership experience with a highly personalized, client-first approach. She is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction with clarity and confidence. Her clients value her candid advice, strong advocacy, and ability to ensure a smooth, well-managed experience from contract to closing.

Before transitioning into real estate, Nancy built an accomplished career in both education and healthcare. She served as a counselor and advisor and later as Interim Vice President for Student Affairs at SUNY Broome Community College. Her healthcare background includes direct patient care as a Registered Nurse as well as administrative consultant as a Management Engineer. She worked in both public and private sector settings in healthcare and account management. She has also worked extensively within K\342\200\22312 education. Nancy holds master’s degrees in business and education, a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, and an associate degree in Nursing.

Outside of real estate, Nancy was a former runner but has transitioned to walking and enjoys volunteering, and spending quality time with her family.
