BUSINESS PREMISES ON TRŽAŠKA CESTA

We represent a client in collecting interested parties for the lease of business premises at Tržaška cesta 85, Maribor. The business premises are located on the 3rd floor of the building and measure 372.60 m2.
Most of the common parts of the building have already been renovated (lobby, corridors, elevator, facade, windows..).

The renovation of the floor will follow, depending on the agreements with the tenants.

The starting monthly rent is 13.00 EUR/m2 + VAT (the tenant must be a VAT payer with the right to a 100% deduction of value added tax). The tenant pays all individual costs and common building costs, as well as the land use fee.
The final rental price and the amount of the security deposit will depend on the tenant's credit rating, the term of the lease agreement, and the condition in which the property is handed over.
Parking for clients is provided in front of the building, and parking spaces can be rented for employees.
