Alice Reynolds

For me, my life in real estate started far before my career did. As a military wife for over 20 years, I had become well-versed with the logistics and rhythms of buying or selling a home and quickly learned the importance of working with a knowledgeable, personable real estate professional.

I offer a full suite of real estate services designed specifically to serve my clients' unique real estate needs. They all start with listening so I can help my clients develop the best plan to either sell their home or purchase their dream home. My experience has trained me to have great communication and people skills, and I am a savvy negotiator for my clients, while keeping transactions running smoothly. I also find it rewarding to welcome new people to Bloomington and help them plug in and find their place in the community.

When I'm not helping families realize their dream of home ownership, you can find me spending time with my husband, Tom, often exploring the outdoors camping, hiking, and boating with friends and family. I also enjoy doing volunteer work in our community and have been involved with Habitat Women's build in Monroe Co, the Animal Shelter, and Community Kitchen. I am on my neighborhood HOA Board and have been on the Realtors Grievance and Professional Standards Committee for several years.
