With over 19 years of experience in real estate, I have built a career on dedication, strategic growth, and a commitment to excellence. I began as a part-time employee answering phones, became a licensed REALTOR® in 2007, and now serve as the Sales Manager for the Seguin office of Century 21 Integra . In my role, I oversee a team of real estate professionals, driving sales performance through strategic planning, agent development, and business growth initiatives. My responsibilities include recruiting and training new agents, implementing effective sales strategies, managing lead generation, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing support to ensure the team consistently meets revenue targets. I take great pride in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team while ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Beyond my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. I have been married to my husband, Stanley, for 29 years , and we have two children and three wonderful grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same level of care, dedication, and integrity to my work in real estate. Whether working with agents or clients, my goal is to provide guidance, expertise, and support to achieve outstanding results in every real estate transaction.
