Brittany Quataert is no stranger to real estate \342\200\223 it’s been a part of her life since she was born! It came as no surprise to anyone when she officially started in the industry in 2016, and it quickly became apparent that she was a natural. With a professional background in accounting, a love for people, relationships, and numbers (of course), she quickly realized that a career in real estate was the perfect blend of her skills and professional aspirations!

Brittany specializes in all aspects of the real estate business, however, her primary focus is working with homebuyers, with an extra passion for first-time homebuyers. Whether she’s working with first-timers, providing guidance in the luxury market, or helping someone build their investment portfolio, she’s well-versed in and loves helping her clients find the perfect property to fulfill their needs and goals.

Brittany is a lifelong Rochester resident. She spent 4 years at Cornell University earning her degree in Applied Economics and Management, and decided to take her education back home to share her knowledge of the area and continue on the Quataert Real Estate legacy!

When she’s not going from town to town helping clients find their new home, whether it be their first one or forever one, she always manages to keep busy. You can find her playing soccer for local recreational teams, traveling and spending time with her husband, renovating and keeping up their investment properties, or tiring out their crazy yellow lab puppy, Lyla!

Her focus on building trust, deepening client relationships, providing timely and detailed communication, and her utmost dedication to each and every client has helped her succeed and earn a wonderful reputation in the Rochester real estate community.
