Before launching his real estate career, Carl gained valuable experience working for a Fortune 500 company and as a business owner, including operating multiple ventures and managing his rental property. His background in construction-related work throughout the Lowcountry has also given him a deep understanding of local building practices, quality standards, and what truly makes a home well-built in the South Carolina climate.

A proud resident of the Lowcountry since 1996, Carl knows the unique character of each neighborhood in Beaufort and Jasper Counties ? from historic downtown Beaufort to the golf and waterfront communities of Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Hardeeville, and Ridgeland. He represents buyers and sellers of single-family homes, townhomes, villas, land, and commercial properties, offering expert guidance at every step of the process.

Carl combines his strong business background, knowledge of homes, and deep local insight to deliver a client-first experience built on trust, communication, and results. Outside of real estate, Carl enjoys woodworking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his lovely and talented wife, Carla, appreciating all that the Lowcountry lifestyle has to offer. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
