Pricing and presentation are key and I do not believe you have to give a house away to get it sold.

I am equally as passionate when I work with my buyers. When the right home comes on the market, my clients receive an immediate notification so they are positioned to act quickly. When they are ready to make an offer, I create an up to date Market Analysis to ensure the asking price is fair.
