Clayton Lyczynski II

Clayton has been a proud resident of St. Joseph County for nearly five decades and has a long-standing commitment to serving his community. A graduate of Three Rivers High School, he went on to earn his Applied Sciences & Technology degree from Glen Oaks Community College. In 2003, he obtained licenses in both insurance and real estate.

Although his primary focus has been in the insurance industry, Clayton has never been far from the real estate world. Previously, he spent five years as a licensed Realtor and Property Inspector with a local real estate office.

Over the last couple of decades, Clayton has served on several committees and boards; Habitat for Humanity, the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS®, the Home Builders Association, and the Women's Council of REALTORS®, among others.

His dedication to the community extends far beyond business. As a member of the Master Plan Committee in 2019, he helped to set priorities for the City of Three Rivers, followed by his tenure as a City Commissioner, board member of the Housing Development Corp, and as a Planning Commissioner.

Most recently, Clayton has served as the St. Joseph County Housing Coordinator for two years before transitioning into his new role as Director of Business Development & Community Relations with AHI (Affordable Housing Initiative).

Clayton recently reinstated his real estate license and is continuing to make a meaningful impact in both the business and civic communities he serves.
