Conor M. Loughran is full-time Realtor with more than a decade of
experience ready to assist you with your next real estate transaction. Born and
raised in Southern Maryland, Conor’s vast knowledge of the region and its
people allows him to make the connections for all your needs prior, during, and
the after home buying or selling process.




After receiving a business degree from The University
of Maryland University College, Conor returned home to incorporate the skills
he learned and a lifetime of relationships to build a successful real estate
business. Together with Conor, buyers and sellers are able to navigate
you through the real estate process. Utilizing technology along with small-town
values and practices has allowed Conor to connect with clients on a personal
