Duane Wepfer

I was born and raised on a farm in Central Wisconsin, into the family that started Dairyland Realty. Having been born into a family that started their own Real Estate business meant Real Estate was in my blood. After high school graduation in 1972 and a short stint of traveling with my older brother, it was time to get my Real Estate license of my own. After passing the exam in 1974, I would have never dreamt that 45+ years later I'd still be selling Real Estate. I have a love for helping people find what they are looking for in a home or helping them unload what they no longer need. 

I worked at Dairyland Realty and was a part of helping reach 50 years in business in 2005. After a brief sting with Kramer-Schferl Realty, I have now returned back to my roots joining the team at Century 21 Dairyland Realty, where we have over 100 years of combined Real Estate experience. 

Over the years I have served Central Wisconsin in many ways. I did two different stints of city government for a total of 13 years as Alderman Ward 1 for the City of Abbotsford. Some of you have probably seen me driving  motor-coach tour bus, school trips, and also I dropper many trips for the cognitively challenged adults. Whether in Real Estate or otherwise, I really do love to help out!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Carla, our two daughters, Marixa and Leandra, and four grandchildren. Living in Marshfield and commuting to work, I see absolutely no reason to leave Central Wisconsin. Our roots are here, our family is here, and we love it here!
