Henry "Pete" Snow is a native of Texarkana and is the founder of Snow Developments. His background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of North Texas and a Masters of Business Administration from East Texas State University. Pete worked in the family business of Langdon Oxygen Company from 1974 until it sold in 1995. During that time, Pete started owning and managing rental properties. Snow Developments has grown from one small duplex to over 50 properties throughout the Texarkana area. At this time, Snow Developments manages over 200 properties. Pete has been actively involved in his community: serving on the Texarkana, Texas City Council for over 17 years, Planning & Zoning Committee, BRAC committees, TexAmericas Board, and president of Toastmasters. Pete serves on the Domestic Violence Prevention Board and continues his involvement on the Hospice of Texarkana, Hospice of Hope Board as President.
