Jaclyn’s Idaho roots run deep. As a 6th generation Idahoan, she has a passion for the culture, heritage and landscape of the Gem State. As a professional real estate guide, she’s a specialist listing and selling agent for residential, land, ranches, remote backcountry, waterfront, recreational and commercial properties. Her level of integrity, competence and care for her clients is exceptional. She establishes long term relationships as she connects people with the properties they resonate with. In the mountains and on the rivers are her favorite places to be, and she is especially in her element in the remote backcountry where she spent much of her time growing up. The Idaho Wilderness, Main Salmon River, Middle Fork and South Fork are where Jaclyn’s heart lies. She loves to fish, hunt, hike, harvest wild fruit and flora, ride horses, and wander among the wildflowers. At her own homestead, you’ll find her gathering eggs from her chickens and organics from her expansive garden - her year-round source of heirloom herbs, flowers, fruits, vegetables and berries! She treasures spending quality time with her two children, Juniper and Jasper, exploring and creating adventures wherever they go.
The properties she represents to clients are pieces of her home, backyard, environment, and where she spends time with family and friends. She has a deep connection and knowledge of the area’s history, mountains, rivers, backcountry, native plants, and local lore. She embodies her knowledge and is grateful to share bits of wisdom and mountain spirit with others.
