Janet Childs, Realtor extraordinaire, joined the real estate industry after having successfully pursued careers in both marketing and hospitality which included her own start up special events business. Looking for a change, Janet decided to leverage both her entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills and went full steam ahead into real estate. Since then, Janet has obtained licenses in both MA and RI, and has also added several professional designations to her name, including the Certified Buyer Representative designation along with two specialties in new construction, Residential Construction Certification and Certified New Home Specialist. With her top notch reputation in the industry, Janet continues to exceed expectations by providing her seller and buyer clients with impeccable service and support while ensuring a seamless transaction. A graduate of Framingham State University and a native of Newton, Janet and her family relocated to the MetroWest area in 1995 where she has since been living in Holliston MA with her husband.
