Jason Jarstfer

Jason Jarstfer is the Principal Broker, Owner, and Lead Visionary behind Century 21 Bluegrass Realty Pros in Central Kentucky. A Hardin County resident for more than two decades, Jason began his real estate career in 2005 after serving in the military. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across the region.

After 17 years as a top-producing agent, Jason and his wife launched Bluegrass Realty Pros with a mission to deliver exceptional client service while mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. Today, Jason focuses on leadership, agent development, and innovative strategies that help both clients and agents succeed in a changing real estate market.

When he’s not working with clients or coaching agents, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and cheering on Kentucky Wildcats basketball.
