Julie hails from the Bay Area where she worked in a real estate appraisal office as well as a real estate staging company. Making the move to the California Delta has opened up all kinds of real estate opportunities that are inherent with the Delta's central location between the two major metropolitan markets of San Francisco and Sacramento. In 2015 she settled in the pleasant Delta town of Rio Vista where she and her husband started a family. She now finds herself immersed not only in Delta real estate, but also in family life. She has taken an active role in her sons activities such as coaching youth sports, Cub Scout Den Leader and as a member of the local PTC.

First and foremost, Julie is always honest when it comes to dealing with clients.
