Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre, and I am a professional real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry since October 1st, 2012 and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama areas. 

Originally from Pahokee, Florida, my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative Assistant in a local Century 21 Office, and has only grown stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first-time home buyers to achieve their home ownership dreams.

Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
 
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
