Louise Stoever Baumann is an accomplished real estate broker, interior designer, and notary public with a wealth of experience across multiple industries. She is the Owner and Broker of Century 21 Running S Realty LLC, where she leads a dedicated team of 10 agents and 6 notaries. Since founding the firm in 2015, Louise has averaged over $26 million in annual sales, cementing her reputation as a top-performing real estate professional. Louise’s career in real estate began in 2001 at Stoever Realty, working alongside her father, Eugene Stoever Sr. She later honed her skills at Crisp Realty for a decade and Keller Williams Legacy Stone Oak as an Associate Broker before launching her own brokerage. Her expertise is complemented by a diverse educational background, including design studies at San Antonio College and Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University), an AA in Interior Design & Modeling from Bauder Fashion College, and a Real Estate Broker’s License from the Champions School of Real Estate.
Beyond her professional achievements, Louise has a rich history of service and leadership. She worked with esteemed organizations such as USAA Flight Operations and Hunt Oil, Marathon Oil, and GE Oil & Gas. She has been a Texas Notary Public since 1992 and is deeply involved in community and heritage organizations, including the Daughters of The Republic of Texas, Daughters of The American Revolution, and the Stockdale Economic Development Corporation.
Louise’s personal story reflects her generosity and strength. On September 2, 2003, she donated her kidney to her close friend, Debi Rust Springs Froboese—a testament to her compassionate spirit.
Louise and her husband, George Baumann, share a large and loving family, including six adult children and eight grandchildren. She is the proud mother of two sons, both USMC Sergeants, and a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Stockdale. Her commitment to her community and her profession continues to inspire those around her.
