Mike Sims serves as the Regional Sales Manager and Office Manager for the CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Waco office, where he focuses on helping real estate agents grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and build successful businesses.

Mike is passionate about creating an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and encouraged. Through coaching, training, retention, and day-to-day leadership, he works alongside agents at every stage of their careers to help them reach their goals.

His leadership style is built on honest conversations, consistent follow-up, accountability, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
