Since beginning her real estate journey in 1998, Micki has built a reputation for excellence and consistent success. In 2004, she purchased Hilgart Realty in Mercer and became Broker/Owner of Century 21 Pierce Realty. She continued to grow the business by acquiring Northwoods Realty’s Manitowish Waters office in 2007 and opening a third office in Boulder Junction in 2010.

Micki’s passion for real estate is evident in both her results and her relationships. She has earned the prestigious CENTURION® Producer Award for 12 years, placing her in the top 3% of agents nationwide. In both 2021 and 2025, she achieved the remarkable DOUBLE CENTURION® Producer Award, ranking in the top 1% of Century 21 Realtors® nationwide. She is also consistently ranked among the top 4 individual Realtors out of over 600 agents in the Greater Northwoods MLS.

When she’s not closing deals, you’ll find her on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage boating, fishing, snowmobiling, or UTVing with her husband, Chris. She truly lives the lifestyle her clients seek. As a proud mother to a son who is a Lineman and a daughter who is a Cardiology Medical Assistant, Micki treats every client with the same family-first loyalty and honesty that have defined her life in the Northwoods.
