Nancy Kramer Kaman is a descendent of some of the oldest families in Florida, tracing her heritage to both the first Spanish and British periods of St. Augustine’s history! She is a second-generation St. Augustine Realtor. Her parents, Peggy Ponce Kramer and Emerson Kramer, operated their own real estate agency in St. Augustine for over 20 years. It was through this introduction that Nancy developed an interest in the business. She completed coursework and passed the Florida real estate exam at the age of 19.
She also pursued a post-secondary education at Flagler College, earning a B.A. in Business Administration in 1988. At the University of North Florida, Nancy completed her teaching certification in 1994 and taught in the St. Johns County School District for approximately 10 years. During this time, she earned a Master's Degree in Supervision and Administration from the College of Education at UNF; and, in 2013, she completed her Occupational Therapy Associate studies, earning an A.A. from Daytona State College. Throughout various career paths and raising 3 children, alongside her husband (Brian), Nancy continued her real estate education and personal property investments, while maintaining her license continuously since 1985!
Since 2016, she has developed a very successful career as a Full-Time Realtor. Nancy utilizes her knowledge, varied background, and network of resources to assist customers in downsizing or aging in place. While she uses today's technology in her marketing efforts, Nancy still believes that providing top-notch personal service is a critical component of success! She is very service-oriented and is dedicated to giving her clients the attention and assistance they need. As a trusted advisor for many, Nancy works with patience, empathy, trustworthiness, and integrity!
