Nesa believes there is a lot of information out there, and with the right people around, you can unlock and utilize this information to make the best choices for yourself. Growing up in a family of carpenters and real estate investors, it was inevitable that she learned a lot through them. Nesa is highly versed in construction, renovations, property management, negotiations, and real estate law. Throughout college, she worked for a few different construction companies where she became further educated in many things including the process of creating, renovating and selling properties. After some years, she decided to help the family business’ full time by managing the affairs for multiple properties and tenants as well as purchasing properties, improving them, and reselling them for profit. Nesa graduated from Queens College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Early Education. She is fluent in English and Albanian.
