Phil Frye

Phil Frye, known as "The Real Estate Guy," is a REALTOR® and Principal Broker of CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate. With decades of experience and a reputation built on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, Phil has helped countless buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Phil is a member of the Licking County Board of REALTORS®, Columbus Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is a member of the Licking County Board of REALTORS® $20 Million Sales Club and has earned numerous CENTURY 21 Sales and Quality Service Awards throughout his career. Phil also served as President of the CENTURY 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the profession and supporting fellow real estate professionals. Beyond real estate, Phil is deeply committed to serving the community he calls home. He volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking County, and is a past president of the Newark Kiwanis Club and Licking County Crimestoppers. His dedication to community service has been recognized with the Newark High School Alumni Award, the Licking County Board of REALTORS® Community Volunteer Award and President's Award, as well as honors from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking County and Hospice of Central Ohio. A 1994 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a 1989 graduate of Newark High School, Phil lives in Newark, Ohio, with his wife and daughter. When he's not helping clients navigate the real estate market, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing rhythm guitar with the classic rock and blues band Foreclosure, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs, the Newark Wildcats, and the Cincinnati Bearcats.
