Background:
1986-1996 I have been a Property Manager for Rental and Condominium Communities. In 1998 I became full-time Realtor in Maryland. I currently hold licenses in DC and VA. I have been a full-time Realtor my entire career.

It's important to listen, to hear the things the customer/client is not saying. To anticipate their needs. Being available to perform tasks which make the transaction as smooth as possible is extremely important. Also, seeking and providing the most accurate information so the best decisions can be made. Being available for appointments when the customer/client can't be there. At the day, I would like for my customer/client to say, "I couldn't have done it without her".
