Sandra Bedford

Professional Realtor Licensed since 1995. My family has been in Massachusetts for many generations. I raised my children here and now have 4 grand children in Massachusetts. Originally, I started selling Real Estate as a sales agent to assist in the family business of new construction homes. My experience over the years has given me the opportunity to work with several home builders and developers. Starting with land acquisitions to planning board meetings for new development to the home build and finally the closing were the buyers are handed the keys to their new home. My experiences expanded to re-sale homes, condos, multifamily investment and rental properties and of course my favorite Equestrian/Farm Properties.

As an equestrian I enjoy my horses at my home farm in Central Mass. My equestrian knowledge and farm ownership is most helpful in the marketing and selling of equestrian and farm properties. I served as a former Master of Foxhounds and VP of the Board of Directors for Old Northbridge Hounds for many years.

My passion is helping horses. Helping horses restart their 2nd careers after their racing days come to an end. Thoroughbreds and standardbred are my go to horses. I have restarted several over the years in need of a new home and most now are semi-retired living their best life.

My first year in Real Estate I was honored by The Greater Boston Real Estate Board as "Rookie of the Year" I also received the Executive Club Awards from Re/Max First Choice, a prior office I was affiliated with.

The final goal for me is always a happy home buyer and seller.
