Tammy Tschacher is a Cheyenne native who knows the value of living, working and raising a family in the great State of Wyoming. She is dedicated and passionate about helping others to live their best quality of life, in a community they love.
Tammy has a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and is a retired Veteran with the Wyoming Air National Guard as an E-7 with over 23 years of service. She has received numerous awards, decorations and achievements throughout her military career. While serving in the Wyoming Air National Guard, she initially started out in personnel, but ultimately retired as a Logistics Technician. It was Tammy's tenure in the Guard where she found her love to travel. Tammy also is a veteran in the real estate profession with over 22 years of practice. Tammy first entered the real estate profession as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2001 and added the real estate associate license to her career path in 2014. Tammy owns her own company, Sweetwater Appraisal Services and is a sales associate at Century 21 Bell. Tammy's success in real estate profession is credited to her ability to analyze properties, her enthusiasm for the profession & her attention to detail. Tammy is the recipient of several real estate sales production awards & the coveted Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award which is given based on personal reviews from her clients & customers.
Tammy is the consummate community volunteer and has served on several boards. Tammy is a proud member of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, a recent graduate from the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, (Class of 2021-2022), and a Lifetime Member of the Enlisted Guard Association. Tammy is also a member of the Cheyenne's Women's Civic League, and is the Boss lift Coordinator with the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR). Tammy is a member of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Public Relations Committee, the CFD HEELS member, and is now a Fellow Rotarian. Tammy fully believes in giving back to her community.
Tammy and her husband, Terry have a blended family of 4 sons, 1 daughter, 8 grandchildren and 1 canine kid, Kimber. Tammy's hobbies include camping, traveling, quilting, crafting, biking, cooking & her family.
