Tonya has devoted her career to serving the St. Peter, Cleveland, and surrounding area real estate needs of people just like you. Tonya takes pride in her career, has a positive outlook on the real estate market and continually strives for excellence. A Southern Minnesota native, Tonya did leave the area and spend ten years in Oak Island, North Carolina. There she held a successful career as a Real Estate Broker with Century 21. She worked with a variety of clients in land, residential, investment, and commercial sales. In time, she became eager to return to Southern Minnesota with its friendly sense of community. Tonya is grateful to have the opportunity to walk you through your real estate experience. She believes selling a house should be a time of looking forward to lifes next adventure. She says that one reason she loves real estate sales is the variety. She never knows what the day will bring or what interesting people she will meet. While completing her Associates degree in Applied Science in Paralegal, Tonya held positions that helped her refine her skills in customer service, marketing, clerical, dispute resolution, and problem solving. The confines and restrictions of a job did not fit with her ambition and drive. Tonya prefers being able to rely on herself and her own efforts. She, also, prefers the freedom to give her clients the service she thinks they deserve.
